1. Be responsible for the customs declaration, inspection of the company’s exports/ imports, and examination, preparation, application of various documents.

负责进出口货品的清关、查验及各种单证的审核和编制，办理和申请。

2. Coordinate company internal declaration issues with customs, customs specialist, and commodity inspection authority.

负责与海关、报关员、商检协调公司内部清关事宜。

3. Collect verifying and writing-off instruments and other relevant documents in time.

及时收回核销单及相应文件。

4. Assist the customs specialist in completing the list of products and other matters.

协助报关员完成货品清单的其他事宜。

5. Responsible for the goods logistics, optimize the storage & library control management; save logistics cost and make sure the goods arrive in time.

负责货品物流、入库、出库优化控制管理，节省物流成本及货物按时到达目的地。

6. Collection of receipts (documents, express, waybill, etc.)

负责公司文件、快递、运单回签收集。
位要求：

1. Associate or above degree in international trade or logistics, etc.

大专及以上学历，国际贸易、物流类相关专业

2. Familiar with relevant customs declaration procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, holder of Customs declaration certificate will be a plus

熟悉相关报关流程，熟悉相应的国家法律法规，持有报关员资格证者优先考虑

3. More than one year’s relevant work experience, work experience in relevant position in FIE will be a plus

一年以上相关领域工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑

4. Good communication and problem solving ability, proficient in spoken and written English

具备一定的沟通及处理问题的能力，良好的英语听说读写能力
